At Artichoke Homes we like to oversee the entire development process from start to finish.

Aquire  

We begin by identifying land or underdeveloped properties in prime locations and purchase them outright. Using available funds we ensure a very fast and efficient transaction. Once secured, we survey the land, trees, and ecological environment, to fully understand its potential and constraints.

 

Design  

Collaborating with talented architects and consultants we create thoughtful and innovative plans.  We specialise in paying particular attention to the details that enhance kerb appeal and proportioning spaces generously.  We model each room to virtually walk through and refine the details and check function.

Construct  

We work very closely with trusted and well established contractors to build our homes.  We source the best materials and work with the most premium name brands.  By overseeing the fine details and bespoke features we are able to ensure exceptional quality.  To showcase our developments at their best, we furnish our properties using pieces that complement their spaces. These finishing details unlock the full potential our homes offer.

 

Market  

Once complete we test each of our homes before releasing them for sale. Both unique and beautiful, our finished homes are ready for buyers to move into and enjoy immediately.

Support  

Once settled into their homes our buyers benefit from our responsive support service - handled personally by one of our company directors.  We take the time to visit our buyers regularly to demonstrate and talk through their new properties for the first two years of ownership, covered by our New Homes Warranty.
