Aquire  

We begin by identifying prime locations and purchasing land or older properties outright. Using available funds we ensure a very fast and efficient transaction. Once acquired, we survey the land, trees, and surrounding ecological environment, to fully understand its potential and constraints.

 

Design  

Collaborating with talented architects and other design professionals we create thoughtful, innovative plans.  Particular attention is paid to the details that enhance kerb appeal and spaces are generously proportioned.  We digitally model each room and virtually walk through them to refine the design details and function.

Construct  

We work very closely with trusted and well established contractors to construct our homes.  We source the best materials and work with the most premium name brands.  Overseeing the finest details and thoughtfully bespoke features we are able to ensure exceptional quality.  To showcase our homes at their best, we furnish our properties using carefully selected pieces that complement their spaces. These finishing details demonstrate the full potential our homes offer.

 

Market  

We complete and test each of our homes entirety before releasing them for sale. Both unique and beautiful, our finished homes are ready for buyers to move into and enjoy immediately.

Support  

Once settled into their homes our buyers benefit from our responsive support service, handled personally by one of our company directors.  We take the time to visit our buyers regularly to demonstrate and talk through their new properties for the first 2 years of ownership covered by our New Homes Warranty.
