The Common Harpenden: Developments

Purchased at the beginning of 2023.  The common has now been extensively surveyed and is undergoing design ready for planning submission.  The architectural brief is to design traditional arts and crafts homes full of character along a private enclave that mitigates impact on the neighbouring properties.
