JAMESON ROAD
HARPENDEN

Completion . Summer 2024

Construction is currently underway on a luxury pair of semi-detached homes situated on a leafy, quiet, residential road close to central Harpenden.  


The design features traditional architecture from the street, with twin gables and Flemish Bonded red brickwork.  The scheme is to be grounded with a comprehensive landscaping plan that sees formal underplanting around the bay windows and a cluster of mature silver birch trees - set behind native hedging.

Internally, the layout emulates an extended period property.  From the entrance, a generous hallway meanders past the staircase, allowing a sightline directly into the rear garden - through the open plan kitchen/diner.  The interconnecting lounge and snug provide a more private, formal space and can be individually accessed off the hallway.  Upstairs, all bedrooms and bathrooms are generously proportioned and to be finished to an exceptional standard.
